Meet Tee

Tee is the most kind, caring, and compassionate person I know. From her bright smile that crinkles her blue eyes to her caring heart, Tee is my better half and the best partner in life.

Tee is a reader. She has loved books and stories since childhood. It is no surprise that our home library continues to grow as Tee expands my world of literature. When Tee speaks about the books she is reading, you can hear the excitement and joy that it brings her, whether it be Dr. Seuss’ There’s a Wocket in My Pocket or Jane Austen’s Emma.

Given her love for literature, it’s no surprise that Tee became a Middle and High School English teacher. She has taken her hobby and passion and turned it into a career. As a teacher, Tee takes extra time out of her busy day to stay late and work one-on-one with students to help them achieve their level of success. She recognizes each student’s strengths and turns any weakness into positivity. Tee has a heart of gold, only wishing to help others succeed.

Tee’s loving, supportive personality translates to our home life as well. Aunt Tee, as she is called, has a special place in our nieces’ and nephew’s hearts. Whenever they see her come through the door, they immediately come running towards her with huge grins on their faces, arms wide out, ready for a big hug from their favorite and most cherished aunt. It’s in moments like these that I can’t help but imagine her as a mother someday soon.
